If you've never done OOH before, you likely have a lot of questions. Totally normal. I say this all of the time - OOH isn't hard to do, but it's easy to screw up. So ask all of the questions. At Onescreen, we help marketers navigate OOH, but two of the most important pillars of our work are closing two major gaps: The Confidence Gap is the distance between believing OOH works and feeling able to defend the investment internally. When a marketer says, “I can’t measure this,” what they often mean is, “I can’t confidently explain this to my CEO, CFO, or board.” Then there’s the Execution Gap: the distance between deciding to invest in OOH and actually running a great campaign. Inventory is fragmented. Formats vary wildly. Lead times are... well... not consistent. One campaign in one city can involve a dozen vendors, each with different contracts, specs, and timelines. So, what’s the point of this post? Don’t let unfamiliarity with OOH stop you from using it. Ask the questions to the right people.
