Updates

  • Floor plan updates should not take weeks. Tomorrow at 1 PM ET, we will show you why they no longer have to. Steph Austin, VP of Sales, and Kiley Reynolds, CTO, are taking OfficeSpace Studio live. From CAD import to real-time edits to instant publish, the full workflow runs in a single session. This webinar is for facilities directors, workplace strategists, and corporate real estate teams who are done waiting weeks for floor plan updates and want to know what self-serve, AI-enriched design looks like when it lives inside the platform you already use to run your portfolio. • What happens when the digital workplace meets the physical one? Find out on September 9 at 1 PM ET, when OfficeSpace and Embrava go live together. OfficeSpace provides the planning and booking foundation. Embrava captures what actually happens at the desk. Together, they create a complete picture of how your workplace is really being used, closing the gap between what's planned and what actually happens. The result: fewer ghost bookings, sharper utilization reporting, and more confident decisions about your space. Meg B., CJ Frey, and David Picone are bringing the platform side. Steve Scolnik, CTO at Apogem Capital, is bringing the proof. He will share how his team is already putting both platforms to work, and what a more connected workplace looks like in practice. • At WorkX San Francisco, OfficeSpace's Ali Stewart sat down with Andrew McDonald, Director of Corporate Real Estate at Q2, for a fireside chat that had a packed room laughing, asking questions, and leaning in. Andrew has a way of making the abstract concrete, and he did exactly that on stage. His take: most teams measure occupied seats against total seats. Add desks and utilization drops. Remove them and it climbs. The number moves without anything real changing. Andrew's team made a shift and now measures against employees who could realistically come in, defined by commute radius, not headcount. Same offices, same people, completely different and more honest picture of what's actually happening. Badge swipes, desk bookings, utilization rates: these are the foundation. The teams getting the most out of that data are the ones asking what it actually means, not just what it shows and they're connecting it to real business outcomes. Andrew's reframe is a small, specific version of a bigger shift happening across the industry. For Q2, OfficeSpace is what makes that possible. #WorkX2026 #WorkplaceStrategy #FacilitiesManagement #AICanvas

  • OfficeSpace Software has been named the 2026 PropTech Breakthrough Award Winner for Innovation in Commercial Management, recognized for fundamentally changing how enterprises think about and act on their real estate. The award centers on what OfficeSpace has built: AI-enriched workflows that turn commercial real estate from a cost center into a strategic asset and one of the largest line items on the enterprise balance sheet into a lever for growth. Generative stack plans, instant portfolio insights, predictive analytics, and tools that give leaders the ability to make decisions in hours that used to take months. The built world is no longer a system of record, it's a system of action. This win comes just weeks after Silverstein Properties, one of NYC's largest commercial landlords, began offering workplace analytics powered by OfficeSpace as a standard building amenity to tenants across their entire New York City portfolio. This is the new baseline for enterprise real estate strategy. The industry has spent twenty years measuring square feet. The organizations that win the next twenty will measure what happens inside them. Read the full announcement in the comments. #PropTech #CREtech #WorkplaceStrategy #EnterpriseRealEstate #OfficeSpace

We just brought OfficeSpace Studio to market, and I've been looking forward to writing this one. Studio puts floor plan editing directly in your team's hands. Move desks, redraw rooms, split a neighborhood, or reconfigure a whole floor yourself, right inside OfficeSpace. No separate design tool to learn, no CAD license to buy. What I'm proudest of is how it connects to everything else. The moment you publish a change, it flows through the rest of the platform. Desk and room bookings reflect the new layout. Utilization and occupancy reporting measure against it. Wayfinding sends people to the right place. Your floor plan stops being a static drawing off to the side and becomes live workplace data the whole platform reads from. A couple of details I love. The AI detects and names rooms for you, and it answers questions straight off the plan, like how many desks are on a floor or your usable versus rentable square footage. It doesn't guess. Every AI suggestion sits behind an accept-or-discard step, and publishing keeps full version history, so your team stays in control of what actually ships. Getting this right took the team at OfficeSpace Software a lot of careful work, and watching a client update their own floor plan in minutes has been the most satisfying part of my year. Steph Austin and I are walking through it live on August 19 at 1pm ET. Come kick the tires. #OfficeSpaceStudio #FacilityManagement #Workplace #SpacePlanning #PropTech OfficeSpace Studio: https://lnkd.in/eDDaFwxR See it live (Aug 19, 1pm ET): https://lnkd.in/ei48idhq

  • The best workplace tech doesn't just save space, it saves time. We've seen 600%+ growth in demand for our AI capabilities since January and our CEO, Erin Mulligan Helgren, says that's no coincidence. Enterprises aren't just looking for efficiency tools anymore. They're looking for systems that think, adapt, and give their teams room to focus on what actually moves the business forward. 👉 Curious what 30% more strategic time could look like for your team? • Somewhere in your organization, a workplace leader is waiting on a floor plan update. They've been waiting for three days. They'll be waiting for two more. A couch needs to move, a team gets restructured, a room needs to be reconfigured, and every one of those changes kicks off a process: locate the current CAD file, route it to a specialist, wait days or weeks, and hope the change comes back correct. That model ends today. OfficeSpace Studio is now live. Design and update your floor plans on-demand inside the same platform you're already using to run the workplace. Import the files you have, make the edits yourself, and publish updates back to OfficeSpace with CAD integration, version history, and governance built in. No wait time between the decision and the change. We're going live on August 19 at 1 PM ET to show you how it works. Join our VP of Sales, Steph Austin, and CTO, Kiley Reynolds, as they walk through a CAD import, real-time edits, AI-enriched design support, and instant publishing to OfficeSpace.
