An AI agent drafts the email. Cooooool. Who handles the next 6 steps? August 27, live in Nooks: Sabrina Hu (PM) and Katie Aprile (AE) are showing three Plays they actually use every week: • Speed to lead. Demo request comes in → find the right contacts, draft outreach, assign a rep, sequence them • Closed-lost reengagement hits the right timing → pull fresh contacts and restart outreach • Weekly account prioritization. Every Sunday → rank the accounts worth working and write it back to the CRM We'll also build a Play straight from a prompt in AI Assistant. 30 minutes. No slides. Just the workflows running live. RevOps, GTM engineers, sales leaders: this one's for you. Grab your spot 👉 https://lnkd.in/e94iBg3h

AI has quietly changed the job of the Solutions Engineer. Old job: explain what's possible. New job: discover what's possible. The difference sounds subtle but it's fundamentally changed what a single SE can deliver and what we hire for. Traditional SaaS SEs mastered the product and showed customers how it solved known problems. The solution space was fixed so the skill was mapping it cleanly to the customer's world. With an agent platform like Nooks the solution space isn't fixed. The best SEs discover use cases alongside customers, build things that didn't exist before the meeting, and bring what they learn back into the platform. They're effectively the R&D arm of the field. It's also why I think SEs should have far more influence on the product roadmap than they usually do. Nobody sits closer to your hardest customer problems. We're hiring stellar SEs at Nooks. If this version of the job sounds like you, come work with us.

Most dialer evals get decided on connect rate. Georgeann Shoptaw doesn't run most dialer evals. She leads ~250 SDRs at Rippling, and when two tools came back nearly tied on connects, she didn't flip a coin. She went one metric deeper, to meetings booked, and found a 10% gap on less dial time! "We're a very outcome-based organization. The call-to-connect increase was great, but the demo booking increase was what we really wanted to anchor on." It's the same standard she holds the whole org to: any rep under a 3% connect rate gets monthly coaching. Activity gets measured. Outcomes get rewarded. Learnings are shared. Georgeann came on Inside the Salesfloor hosted by EJ Eitel and opened up her approach: the eval, the coaching rule, the one trait she hires for, and what it takes for a cold call to survive ten seconds with her. Ever notice how GPS keeps telling you where to go... but you still have to make the right turns at the right time? That's most AI in sales today. Lots of directions. Lots of recalculating. Your reps are still doing every turn: the dials, the emails, the follow-ups, and the context dumping for meeting prep. Making every decision and doing all the driving gets exhausting. Inside Nooks, that's already starting to change. AI Assistant and Plays execute alongside reps every day. It's time to free your reps for what humans do best... and let agents do some of the driving. 💜 🙂↕️

One of my favorite things to celebrate is not just our wins, but our customers’ wins Proud to share that one of our long-standing customers, MaintainX, was recently acquired by Autodesk Over the past year alone, MaintainX has grown its users on Nooks by 70%. They've leveraged Nooks as a key part of their growth engine for pipegen productivity and coaching their team We've had the pleasure to work with some incredible people: Jamin Wood, who led the original evaluation of Nooks; Amir M., who was an early design partner for our Coaching Lab product; Jake Harry and Gabrielle Jacques who we've partnered with on MaintainX’s broader AI strategy. On the Nooks side, shoutout to Nick Bongi for helping start the partnership and JD Yaklich for supporting their growth. Huge congrats to everyone at MaintainX and Autodesk. We’re grateful to have played a small part in the journey and excited to see what comes next.

It's Friday. You know what that means. This week's launches: 🟣 AI Sequencing API: Build on top of Nooks with public API access for sequencing data. 🟣 Coaching Lab Team Analytics: See your entire team's performance in one coaching dashboard. 🟣 Deliverability Hub: Monitor email performance and deliverability from one place. 🟣 Signal Notifications [Beta]: Speed to lead, in Slack. The moment a signal fires, you get a DM with the findings and a one-click path to add the prospect to a sequence. 🟣 Build Plays in AI Assistant [Beta]: Describe the workflow you want in plain English, and AI Assistant builds the Play with you. See you next Friday 👋

Had the chance to sit down with Chris Yeh, Olcay Bulgun Gardner, and Eric Seiberling at #Ai4 today to discuss the future of AI and outbound selling. The conversation reinforced that while we’re still in the early innings, the best GTM teams are already thinking differently. The winners won’t be the ones with the “most” AI; they’ll be the ones that use AI to drive outcomes over insights. That means moving past copilots toward agentic execution: AI that does, not just AI that knows. It’s a philosophy that shapes everything we’re building at Nooks, and it was great to hear new perspectives on the same theme in today’s discussion. I’m still organizing my notes, but I’ll share a longer write-up with my biggest takeaways soon. Ai4 - Artificial Intelligence Conferences

We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing, and the interview question we've been asking candidates is simple: If I gave you $500k, 90 days, and access to our customers, executives, events, content, and partners... How would you make Nooks impossible for CROs and RevOps leaders to ignore? Some will begin immediately allocating budget, but the strongest candidates start looking for an idea. • Something that gets people talking. • Something that earns attention instead of renting it. • Something that makes a CRO who wasn't thinking about Nooks yesterday decide to take a closer look today. Yes, you'll own the fundamentals (paid, website, SEO, AEO, webinars, experimentation, ops). But what excites me most about this role is the opportunity to turn great ideas into great campaigns - the kind that break through the noise and create demand instead of just capturing it. If you've built growth engines at high-growth B2B companies and have strong opinions about how to earn attention, build momentum, and turn great ideas into pipeline, let’s talk.
