Progress is moving full steam ahead at Community Housing Development Corporation's affordable housing community, St. Paul's Terrace in Berkeley. The team has completed the basement access ramp and is finishing the elevator pits in preparation for waterproofing. Fine grading and pad certification are just around the corner, keeping the project on track for tower crane installation in early August.
