  • MPS Egg Farms is proud to team up with Maple Leaf Farms, another family-owned, Indiana-based company, on something a little different: Duck & Cluck Scrambled Eggs. Cooking with Liv and Shania Ray brought this recipe to life, combining Maple Leaf Farms' roast duck 🦆 (Indiana is the #1 state in the nation for duck production) with our fresh eggs 🥚 (Indiana ranks #3 nationally for egg production) for a dish with over 30g of protein per serving. It's a fun example of two family-owned Indiana agriculture companies working together to bring quality food from our farms to your table. Yesterday, MPS Egg Farms celebrated the grand opening of our new Strauss Feed Mill in North Manchester, Indiana, an exciting milestone in our continued commitment to hen nutrition across our three Indiana farms. Co-CEO Dan Krouse addressed guests at the ribbon cutting, celebrating a milestone nearly 150 years in the making. "Our family has been making feed in North Manchester consistently since 1875," said Co-CEO Sam Krouse. "Over that time our mills have connected us to our community and its farmers, turning their quality grain into quality feed." The new facility was designed to enhance efficiency for local farmers and increase production capacity, while sourcing nearly all our grain close to home. This investment supports local agriculture, reduces transportation emissions, and strengthens a transparent, resilient supply chain, values that have guided the approach to feed production for six generations. We're grateful to the partners who helped bring this project to life: Empire AG Specialty Entrance Technologies, LLC Jake's Electric Eads Excavating Knutson Brothers, Inc. Beta Raven Automation Foam Energy Spann & Son's Construction Van Contracting, Inc. Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone. #Agriculture #FamilyBusiness #Sustainability #FeedMill #EggFarming

Maple Leaf Farms and MPS Egg Farms are teaming up for a special collaboration. Our Production Manager, Shania Ray, joined the "Cooking with Liv" series to create a simple, delicious dish using MPS eggs. It's a great example of how two family-owned food companies can come together to share what we do best. We're excited to launch what Liv and Shania cook up together! #Poultry #EggFarming #Partnership #Agriculture

If you’ve been following our journey, you know how thrilled we were to take home the first-ever NetSuite #AI Innovation Award for our work with MPS Egg Farms. 🏆 Now, you can see exactly how we built it! 🎬 Scaling operations for one of the largest #EggProducers in the US meant rethinking what agricultural supply chains can look like. In our latest video testimonial, MPS Financial Controller Amber Ramseier breaks down how this implementation unlocked real-time #inventory visibility, automated complex #reporting, and brought cutting-edge workflows straight into their native #NetSuite ecosystem. A huge thank you again to Amber, Dan Krouse, Sam Krouse, David Flora Jr and the entire MPS team for being such fantastic partners in innovation! We'd also love to shout out Ronny Kwon, Neema Moghadam, Heath DeBonis, and Brett Elliott from the NetSuite team for their support. Regenerative agriculture continues to gain national attention and we're proud to be among the producers already putting it into practice at scale. Through our partnership with Gradable, we're advancing regenerative practices across our feed supply chain, including reduced tillage, cover crops, and organic fertilizers like upcycled chicken manure: 📊 26.0 gCO2e/MJ Carbon Intensity Score — below the Indiana benchmark of 30.9 🌾 92% conservation tillage adoption vs. the 37% state average 🌽 204 bu/acre yield vs. 198 state average 🚜 5,702 acres enrolled in the Gradable Low Carbon Grain Project These numbers come from real 2025 field-level data collected via digital precision equipment and farmer surveys which measure tillage systems, fertilizer use, manure application, and irrigation. It's early proof that regenerative practices and strong yields go hand in hand, and we're just getting started. We are striving to grow this program, working with our grain partners to scale regenerative adoption across more acres, more farms, and more of our supply chain in the years ahead, all to feed our hens and produce incredible eggs for your table. The future of egg production is regenerative. We're helping build it. #RegenerativeAgriculture #Sustainability #EggIndustry #USRSPE #FarmToTable

  • MPS Egg Farms was proud to support two local golf outings this month, each making a positive impact in our communities. The Grow Wabash County WACCY Golf Outing helps fund initiatives that strengthen Wabash County through workforce development, economic growth, and community improvement. We were proud to sponsor the Golf Ball Cannon and connect with many local businesses and community members throughout the day. We also joined the Beaman Home Golf Scramble, which raised more than $15,500 to help provide critical services and support for survivors of domestic violence and their children. To top off a great day, our team earned a 2nd-place finish in the tournament.

It all starts with an egg. And behind every egg is a team of people who never stop working to make it better. In honor of National Egg Day, we're celebrating our teams from across all of our farms who come together with purpose. From the halls of Washington D.C. advocating for the egg industry, to hands-on learning at egg school, to leaders from our farms across the country gathering to plan the future of MPS, our team is always moving forward. We produce over 280 million dozen eggs every year, and that number only happens because of the people behind it. People who care deeply about doing this right, for the hens, for the families we feed, and for the future of this industry. Here's to the mighty egg, and the mighty people who make it possible.

  • MPS Egg Farms is proud to congratulate Alondra Loera, HR Generalist, on her graduation from the 2025-2026 Leadership Development Wabash County (LDWC) program through Grow Wabash County. In addition to her graduation certificate, Alondra also earned a digital Indiana University Micro-Credential in Essentials of Leadership. Alondra was among 24 emerging leaders who completed this eight-month program, which included sessions with Indiana University Kokomo professors and regional professionals, plus a minimum of 25 hours of community service. Her cohort's service project made a meaningful local impact, donating 20 care baskets filled with essentials to Waypoint, a recovery center for women in Wabash County, Indiana. It is a wonderful reflection of the program's mission and of the character Alondra brings to everything she does. At MPS Egg Farms, we believe investing in our people and our community go hand in hand. Congratulations, Alondra. We are grateful to have you on our team. #LeadershipDevelopment #EmployeeSpotlight #CommunityImpact
