Thank you to CBIA, the CT Career Pathways Commission, Social Impact Partners, and all the business leaders who joined us for this important conversation. Microboard is proud to support efforts that strengthen Connecticut’s workforce and create clearer pathways to meaningful careers in manufacturing and other high-demand industries.
Thank you to Nicole Hoekenga - Russo and the team at Microboard for opening their doors and to the CT Career Pathways Commission and Social Impact Partners for leading an insightful conversation on how we can strengthen workforce development in Connecticut. As Miguel Cardona, Ed. D. said to kick off the discussion, “we’ve got work to do.” Open, honest, and thoughtful dialogue like today’s is critical to getting that work done. As a member of the commission, CBIA president and CEO Chris DiPentima was proud to join fellow business leaders whose insights, engagement, and passion are helping shape a bold new approach to Connecticut’s career pathways system. #ctcareerpathwayscommission #reimagineCT #workforcedevelopment
