By 2035, 25% of the global population is projected to have obesity. Meanwhile, many patients discontinue current treatments within 1–2 years – often driven by GI-related tolerability issues – highlighting the need for additional options. Katherine Saunders, MD, FTOS Co-Founder at FlyteHealth and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine, shared these insights and more at our recent Obesity Day for investors. At MBX Biosciences, we're committed to advancing precision peptide therapies to address these critical challenges for people living with obesity.
