Fiber Lab 250
Fiber Network Management Software
The Fiber Lab 250 maximizes rack space efficiency when requiring a large number of optical fiber spools/coils for network simulation or optical time delay applications. Customized to specification, this compact chassis (1RUx19inx13in) allows for a virtually unlimited number of fiber configurations, offering as many as 24 short lengths/delays to a 15km Tx/Rx pair (30km total). The FL250 can include integrated PON/FTTx components (splitters, connectors, etc) for exactly simulating complete PON architectures, sub-nanosecond precision coils for timing synchronization in latency-driven systems, or ribbon fibers for replicating 100G and 400G+ data center links. Design Your Fiber Lab 250 To get started, share your desired setup configuration with the M2 team: Fiber Type(s): Any single mode, multimode, specialty, or ribbon fibers from leading manufacturers Fiber Lengths/Delays: User-specified precision lengths by distance or delay value Connector Types: LC, SC, FC, ST, and MPO

In our latest blog post, M2 Optics discusses the critical benefits of rapid prototyping and how outsourcing to a qualified partner can dramatically accelerate your innovation cycle for custom fiber optic components. We achieve this by providing both precision CAD design expertise and advanced additive manufacturing capabilities under one roof. For fiber optic engineers racing tight timelines and demanding exact specifications, this integrated approach quickly closes capability gaps. You can iterate designs in hours, swiftly validate the form, fit, and function of components and scale seamlessly from one-off prototypes to full production. This process eliminates the delays, rework, translation loss, and high expense so common in traditional manufacturing. Partnering with M2 delivers shorter lead times, tighter quality control, significant cost savings, and final fiber optic products perfectly tailored to real-world network demands. For many fiber optic training instructors, frequent travel is necessary to conduct classes at different sites. However, transporting and using bare optical fibers on their original factory reels can be frustrating, as managing multiple large/heavy reels is challenging, and the fiber is more susceptible to damage. The solution: Fiber Lab MSP products - portable, purpose-built network simulators, customized to instructor needs, that improve the travel and training experience. Learn why trainers prefer Fiber Lab MSP in our latest blog: https://hubs.ly/Q03JLJLk0
