  • "One thing that stood out to me during the Immersion Program was how genuinely invested everyone was in helping us succeed. Every employee I interacted with was willing to share their experiences, answer our questions, and offer advice. That level of openness made me feel welcomed and reinforced that Lowe’s isn’t just a place to build a career but a place where I can grow, learn and make a meaningful impact. " - Abraham A., Retail Immersion Program Student We recently hosted 63 students from 43 different schools to take part in our Retail Immersion Program. This program is designed to help the next generation get a deeper look into what the retail industry has to offer. We can't wait to see these students continue to grow and change the future of retail! #LowesLife

  • Earlier this year, we asked our neighbors, “What’s on your bucket list?” Today, we’re excited to announce the next chapter of Lowe’s Community Impact Projects. This fall, we’ll complete more than 2,000 projects, including 100 large-scale, grant-funded renovations that will help communities across the country check meaningful projects off their bucket lists. This work continues our five-year, $100 million commitment to restoring and revitalizing the spaces that bring communities together. To date, these projects have positively impacted 4 million people across all 50 states, with our associates contributing more than 57,000 volunteer hours across 466 Red Vest volunteer days. We can’t wait to roll up our sleeves alongside our neighbors and bring the next round of community bucket-list projects to life. 💙🛠️ #HowLowesHelps #LowesLife

  • Some ideas begin with a business plan. Savannah’s Planters began with a father’s love. ❤️ After Shane Erwin lost his 25-year-old daughter, Savannah, his family transformed their backyard into a wildflower garden in her memory. Flowers wrapped in burlap were placed around patio umbrella poles. It was a simple tribute that eventually inspired an idea with a much larger purpose. Savannah had dedicated herself to caring for others, working as a certified nursing assistant in hospice while pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner. Shane wanted to create something that would honor her compassion and help her legacy continue. As he developed a planter designed to fit around patio umbrella poles, Shane regularly visited his neighborhood Lowe’s in Corona, California. That’s where he met Garden Center associate Collete C. Collete became more than someone helping him find supplies. She listened, offered thoughtful feedback on his prototypes and encouraged him as the idea continued to take shape. Today, Savannah’s Planters are available at Lowe’s, and a portion of the proceeds supports scholarships for students pursuing careers in healthcare. “Sometimes all people need is a good listener,” Collete shared. While the business continues to grow, Shane says its purpose has never changed. Every scholarship awarded. Every planter sold. Every family that learns Savannah’s story. Each one carries forward the legacy of a young woman whose greatest gift was caring for others and of a father determined to make sure her light continues to bloom. #LowesLife #Community

  • Innovation begins with curiosity and turns into meaningful progress when talented people come together to learn from one another. That spirit filled the Lowe’s Tech Hub this week as we hosted the Brand Innovators Summit. Lowe’s leaders joined experts from across retail, marketing and technology to explore the ideas shaping modern commerce, including AI-driven personalization, retail media, loyalty and immersive experiences. While the topics looked toward the future, the day also reinforced something timeless: the strongest ideas come from teams that remain curious, connected and close to the customer. The conversations left our team energized by where the industry is headed and excited about the people, partnerships and possibilities that will shape what comes next! #LowesLife #Innovation

  • Building stronger communities has always been something we do together. 💙 This past weekend, as Habitat for Humanity International celebrates 50 incredible years of helping families build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership, we joined customers, associates and Habitat volunteers at 20 locations across the country to celebrate and give back. From painting doors and building birdhouses to creating welcome mats, thousands of volunteers came together to make a difference. For 23 years, we’ve been proud to stand alongside Habitat for Humanity. Here’s to 50 years of impact, and to the next 50, together. 🙌 #Habitat50 #LowesLife #HowLowesHelps

  • “Learning is a cycle. One moment you’re receiving the lesson, the next you’re passing it on. I was recently recognized for 10 years of service here. Looking at the certificate, I realized something: the gray hairs that have appeared over the last decade weren’t caused by the work, they were earned through the learning. I’ve spent years helping associates develop, but somewhere along the way I discovered the real secret: the teacher is usually learning too. The frame may simply hang on a wall, but the value of it lives in every lesson learned, every person developed, and every relationship built over the last decade.” - Luis C., Lowe's University Sr Master Trainer #LowesLife

  • “If you were to ask my daughter to describe me, she would probably tell you that I am an extrovert, and she would be absolutely right. I have always been known for my passion for people. Whether it is a text message, an email, a conversation, or a social media post, there is a good chance you will see my favorite phrase: "Bam! Bam!" It is simply part of who I am. Many of my teammates know me for another tradition, taking selfies. Years ago, I started taking photos with associates, providers, customers, and teams as a way of celebrating accomplishments, recognizing great work, and capturing meaningful moments. Those photos are more than pictures, they represent relationships, teamwork, and the people who make this place so special. Bam! Bam!” - Kevin M., Field Provider Manager #LowesLife

  • 1984 ➡️ 2026 "I remember my first day here as a ticket runner fresh out of college. I was originally just working to pay off my college loan, I quickly realized I was becoming a part of something much bigger. Over the next 42 years, Lowe’s would grow from 248 stores and 10,727 associates to 1762 stores and 300,000+ associates. This has truly been a life-changing journey for me, and I am honored to be one of the few associates whose start date predates 5/15/1984." - Garland C., Sales Specialist PRO #LowesLife
