Meet one of our team member - gowned up in Tyvek🥼, heading into a high-containment pharmaceutical suite. Before anyone can step inside, there's a sequence of gowning procedure. 400 million softgel capsules a year wasn't enough for our Client. So we engineered the path to 900 million. 💊 We have successfully completed one of the most technically demanding pharmaceutical projects with fully custom designed softgel drying tunnel with softgel manufacturing for a leading capsule producer. Why is the drying tunnel such a big deal? Because softgel drying has zero margin for error: 🚀Too fast → brittle shells, cracked seams, failed dissolution 🐢Too slow → sticky capsules, microbial risk, unstable fill Our custom tunnel controls critical variables to achieve a precision proprietary drying profile that protects capsule quality at every stage. The result: a reliable system engineered to more than double capacity while maintaining the exacting quality standards pharmaceutical manufacturing demands.
