We recently advised Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) and ResetData on the acquisition of NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) for deployment across Centuria-owned and third-party data centres, as well as a Master Services Agreement with CDC Data Centres to support the expansion of AI infrastructure capacity. The transaction supports the continued growth of ResetData's AI infrastructure platform and its ability to meet increasing demand for sovereign AI computing. It also reflects continued investment in the infrastructure required to support the development and deployment of AI technologies. The K&L Gates team was led by technology partner Cameron Abbott and special counsel Allison Wallace and Rob Pulham, with support from corporate partner Naomi Philp. Access to justice starts with access to information. That’s the idea behind a collaboration between Legal Aid of North Carolina and our lawyers involving an AI chatbot dubbed Legal Information Assistant (LIA). LIA is designed to help Legal Aid, which has less than 200 lawyers and receives 300,000+ calls each year, to make legal information more accessible. Read more about the pro bono effort in this Law360 article featuring partner Amy L. Groff, vice chair of our firmwide Pro Bono Committee, and Scheree Gilchrist, Legal Aid of North Carolina’s chief innovation officer: https://ow.ly/kBkW50ZyWuS #ProBono #AccessToJustice #LegalInnovation
