  • Compliance isn't a destination. It's a commitment. Every day, healthcare organizations trust their reverse distribution partner to help protect returned pharmaceuticals, maintain accountability, and support regulatory readiness. That responsibility requires more than meeting today's requirements. It requires continuous investment. At Inmar, we're investing in our people, our facilities, our processes, and our technology to strengthen security, enhance traceability, and help protect the integrity of the pharmaceutical supply chain. Take a look behind the scenes, then read the full story at the link in the comments.

  • Learning in action was on full display at our 2026 Summer Project Showcase. This week, our summer interns presented solution-oriented projects to Inmar’s executive leadership team and associates. As they close out this chapter of their #InmarJourney, we thank our interns for their contributions and the curiosity, collaboration and fresh thinking they brought to Inmar. We’re also grateful to the managers, intern ambassadors, speakers and associates who invested their time and expertise to make this summer a meaningful learning experience. To our interns: We wish you continued success as you return to your undergraduate and graduate programs. Keep learning, keep finding better ways and keep acting as multipliers. #InmarJourney #SummerInterns #Learning in Action

  • What does scalable growth look like? It starts with investing in people. As business demand increased at our Mexico facility during the first half of 2026, our Operations team scaled to meet the challenge by strengthening leadership, developing associates and improving operational processes. That approach delivered measurable results. The team increased coupon processing volume, improved productivity, and reduced both absenteeism and overtime, demonstrating that operational excellence and a strong associate experience can go hand in hand. Congratulations and gratitude to Ana Martinez, Fernando Gutierrez and the entire Mexico Operations team for demonstrating how sustainable growth is built through empowered teams on the #InmarJourney. #OperationalExcellence #SupplyChain #CompanyCulture

  • Great conversations make complex topics easier to unpack. In this episode of Retail Media Confessions, Leah Logan, Andrew Lipsman, and guest Sarp Tuncay get candid about digital in-store, from creative strategy and measurement to connecting media and merchandising. We’re grateful for the expertise, curiosity, and personality these leaders bring to conversations shaping what’s next in retail media. #InmarJourney #RetailMedia

Well folks, it's finally time. I've been holding Andrew Lipsman back from talking about his favorite topic, digital in-store, for long enough! Did anybody have the over-under on how many episodes in we'd make it? Well if you bet 5, it's time to pay up! We had the pleasure of Sarp Tuncay joining us as a retail media thought leader, to talk about the topic. What we can all agree on is creative strategy makes or breaks success, ownership varies and will continue to evolve and the opportunity to grow in this space is vast. Some key-takeaways: The store isn't just another media channel. It's taking what makes retail media successful (media + ecommerce) and now accounting for 90%+ more transactional opportunities! Don't isolate this as a channel, think about it as connective layer. Impressions, conversions, and incrementality all matter, but strategy should be built with expected outcomes first. The future isn't more screens. It's better connecting media and merchandising together to maximize the shopper experience. The results will naturally happen. As usual, we like to keep it spicy so find 9 minutes and enjoy! I did my best to razz Andrew for your viewing enjoyment! Full episode:  https://lnkd.in/gSYMnBFm
