NICK KREM spent years in a real estate call center, contacting leads up to 15 hours a day. One pattern stood out. "Almost every single time, the agents who had a strong brand were crushing it with us." That insight led Nick and his brother to build a real estate marketing company spanning all 50 states and 13 countries in under two years, but scaling it meant flying clients to Orlando for two-day shoots, spending thousands of dollars to film months of content at once. "Real estate agents make money when they talk to people. Video becomes the last thing they have time for." Now, agents create a digital twin once with HeyGen and keep publishing long after the cameras are packed away. "What HeyGen allows them to do is take their best look, their best hair day, their best outfit, and use it over and over again." The results for clients: → 70% of videos are now powered by HeyGen → 10x more video content published → 2 inbound calls a week from buyers and sellers "HeyGen did not replace me on camera. It enhanced me." Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gXpX4Zis

ICYMI, we launched HeyGen for Real Estate yesterday. Today, it's worth talking about why real estate is exactly where our vertical approach had to start. Real estate isn't won on reach. A viral post doesn't sell a house. A face buyers already trust before they've ever called does. Most video tools optimize for output. Real estate needed something that optimizes for recognition. The same face and voice, showing up long enough that trust stops being a claim and becomes a fact. This week's newsletter gets into why. Most content habits don't fail in the filming. They fail in the setup and consistency. Full breakdown below 👇

Today we're launching HeyGen for Real Estate. Three ready-to-use video formats and white-glove support that help agents become the trusted face of their market, without filming every week. Agents have been some of HeyGen's most inventive users, turning avatars into market updates and listing videos long before we built anything just for them. Most of the industry is still waiting for that path The National Association of REALTORS® 2025 research found that 75% of realtors use social media, yet only 46% use AI to create content. That gap matters most in video. Real estate is a relationship business, and the agent people see the most is the agent people call first. Here’s what’s included: → Three formats built around the videos that win listings: market updates, listing videos, and neighborhood insights → Videos that look and sound like you, with your face, your voice, and your market knowledge, in minutes, not weeks → HeyGen White Glove, your videos made for you, end to end. You text, we create, you approve. Currently available for the U.S. only Take it from Pedro, Scott, and Craig. Pedro Casanova built a content engine that's driven over $120K in commission income. Scott Henninger, MBA closes 25 to 30 transactions a year, with 85 to 90 percent of clients finding him through video first. Craig Veroni Personal Real Estate Corporation went from one video a week to two Reels a day, reaching over 770K accounts a month. Northwest Arkansas has 4,000+ licensed agents and 40 new residents moving in every day. Jim McDonner, a Navy veteran-turned-agent, needed to stand out in one of the fastest-growing real estate markets without spending all his time editing. Before HeyGen, one video ate most of his day: research, scripts, B-roll, editing. Even with a videographer, he published once or twice a week, and often skipped weeks. "It wasn't very consistent. It's no wonder my channel didn't get any traction." Now, he builds a week of content during a Monday morning session using HeyGen's Video Agent. "I can spend three, four hours max on a Monday morning and create a whole week's worth of videos and pre-schedule them." The results: → YouTube passed 1,000 subscribers, shifting from mostly agents to 70% buyers aged 25 to 45 → One educational video helped sell a $650,000 property after just seven days on the market → Relocation inquiries followed, from Memphis to California Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gKVrUgAY

Inman Connect San Diego is a wrap, and real estate agents just saw how far AI video has come. Most solo agents don’t have a production budget or a film crew. What they have is a full pipeline and about ten minutes between showings. That is the problem we came to San Diego to solve. Our CMO Andrew Mok took the Main Stage to break down how agents are using AI video to stay in front of their sphere of influence everywhere, without filming a thing. We filmed AI avatars and showed teams how a single listing turns into market updates, home tours, and social content, all without a camera. Beyond the demos, the best part of Inman was the people. We met agents and team leads from all over the country, from small solo shops to growing brokerages, all figuring out how to show up more on video. Thank you, San Diego, for three great days. Let's build what's next.

Some stories are impossible to film. Not because they aren't worth telling, but because they're beyond the reach of traditional production. For Telemundo's World Cup coverage, the network wanted cinematic moments that couldn't be achieved any other way during one of the fastest-moving events in sports, where matchups change by the day, and timelines shrink to hours. Instead of asking where cameras could go, the team asked a different question: where should the story happen if there were no production limits at all? Working with CAA, HeyGen created four AI-powered broadcast segments using Avatar V, Voice N, and Video TTS, preserving each commentator's identity while placing their performance somewhere cameras never could. Individual generations took just 5 to 10 minutes, with revisions often completed within 15. Each commentator participated with full consent, working through the CAA Vault to control how they appeared and what they said. The project marked HeyGen's first major live broadcast partnership and demonstrated that AI video had evolved from an experimental technology into a production tool ready for primetime. This wasn't about replacing Telemundo's broadcast. It was about adding something the coverage couldn't have done otherwise. Today we're launching Video Podcast in HeyGen Apps. Feed it a URL, PDF, or just a topic. Get a publishable two-host video episode in minutes. The insight: dialogue beats monologue. Two hosts playing off each other hold attention in a way one talking head never will. It's the same dynamic behind audio overviews. But audio is where every other tool stops. Video is what YouTube and LinkedIn actually reward, and until today nobody delivered it. What makes it different: → A real shared scene. Both hosts sit in the same studio, reacting to each other, not two clips stitched together. → Shot like a real show. Wide open, per-host close-ups, automatic B-roll over the dialogue. It reads as filmed. → Fully editable before you commit. Every line of the script is yours to change. Edit it and the voice updates automatically, allowing you to preview before you render. → Co-host with anyone. Send an email invite. A colleague, customer, or partner joins with their own avatar, no HeyGen account needed. A two-person show with no calendars, no studios, no travel. Teams are already turning blog posts into video episodes, internal docs into watchable discussions, and launching weekly branded shows with zero recording days. One customer had been manually stitching avatars together to build exactly this. She asked to join the beta on the spot. If you have a recurring content pipeline (blogs, newsletters, courses, internal docs), this turns it into a video channel. Try it today at https://lnkd.in/emAxThPh

HyperFrames is now inside HeyGen's Video Agent. The Video Agent already made all the decisions: script, voice, presenter, pacing, captions, music, what to show, and when. One prompt, and it's done. That was already the impressive part. Now it builds the graphics too. HyperFrames, our motion graphics framework, runs in code, so it's fully customizable and legible to the agent. That means it builds any graphic you describe instead of picking one from a template. A chart growing over a photo. Words popping on beat. If you can describe it, it can build it. It also works with real media. Web images, stock, or its own generated video and photos, graphics built right on top. And your avatar delivers all of it. Your face, your voice, no camera. Presenter, b-roll, captions, music. One prompt, complete video. Get started for free: https://auth.heygen.com/

"HeyGen is the single best and most effective platform to scale my video content." That's Craig Veroni Personal Real Estate Corporation, a Vancouver real estate agent, after a fire and flood forced his family out of their home for nearly a year and stopped his video production. Video had been his biggest lead source, driving 75 percent of his business. But cinematic neighbourhood tours took over a week each to script, film, and edit. Now Craig trains his HeyGen avatar on his own footage, keeping his real look, mannerisms, and voice. He uses it to break down local market news, fact-checking every script and labeling every Reel as AI. The result? Two Reels a day instead of one video a week. His Instagram following quadrupled in 10 months. His content now reaches 770,000+ accounts monthly. "The digital twin helps free me up to do more one-on-one stuff with my clients," Craig said.
