In July, colleagues from across Goodwin gathered in Boston for Mosaic Retreat 2026: Rooted in Community, Rising in Excellence — two days focused on strengthening connections, sharing perspectives, and looking ahead. Fulcrum Therapeutics has entered into a definitive merger agreement to combine with Slate Medicines in an all-stock transaction. Bios Life has raised $25 million in seed funding. BIOS Life, a provider of an AI-native predictive cancer surveillance and care platform, is developing dynamic “digital twin” cancer risk models. Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, Cantor, and William Blair were the joint book-running managers on Silence Therapeutics’ public offering. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $201 million, inclusive of the full underwriters’ option, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. Naïve has raised a $28.5 million Series A to build autonomous company infrastructure. The round was led by Nexus, with participation from Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, and more. Naïve is an artificial intelligence lab that’s developing autonomous agents capable of setting up and running entire businesses. Dynatrace signed a definitive agreement to acquire Arize in a cash and stock transaction valued at $915 million.
