In July, colleagues from across Goodwin gathered in Boston for Mosaic Retreat 2026: Rooted in Community, Rising in Excellence — two days focused on strengthening connections, sharing perspectives, and looking ahead. The retreat included reflections from Mosaic Co-Chairs Kevin Lam and Crystal Kaldjob on the network’s vision and priorities, along with a candid conversation with Goodwin partner and co-chair Josh Klatzkin and Carl Bradshaw, partner and Mosaic Local Council Leader. They discussed leadership, firm culture, AI, industry immersion, and the role communities like Mosaic@Goodwin can play in the firm’s future. Across the retreat, one idea kept coming through: the strength of community and what becomes possible when people have the opportunity to connect and learn from one another. That’s The Goodwin Way in action, creating space for people to connect, grow, and help shape what comes next. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year’s retreat possible! #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment #TheGoodwinWay

At the center is Regina OS, our proprietary, integrated operating system — named for former chair Regina M.
