Girls Who Print Canada is part of the world’s largest professional network for women in the print and graphic communications industry. With over 11,500 participants worldwide, Girls Who Print offers mentorship, education, advocacy, and career development that empower women to succeed and lead.
In Canada, the need is clear. Women make up nearly half the national workforce, yet only 25–30% work in print, and even fewer hold leadership or technical roles. From signage and packaging to direct mail and in-plant production, Canadian women are making powerful contributions that often go unseen. Girls Who Print Canada exists to change that.
Through mentorship, spotlight features, educational sessions, and national networking tailored to the Canadian market, we connect women with leaders across every sector. Our programs deliver hands-on workshops, expert panels, and learning opportunities that build skills, visibility, and confidence—helping women advance and stay in the industry. Men who want to support this progress are welcome as allies, mentors, and sponsors.
We’re tackling representation and retention head-on through local and global networks, virtual and live events, and mentorship programs that showcase Canadian women and strengthen their careers. Our impact is evident in both numbers and stories, as members move into leadership roles, find mentors, and pursue opportunities they once thought were out of reach.
