As America's Most Invested Appliance Company, we're building on our momentum today by announcing a collaboration with Texas Instruments that brings American-made semiconductor technology into our next generation of connected laundry appliances built in Kentucky. Starting in 2027, semiconductors produced by TI in Texas and Utah will be used in our GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer and Front Load Washers, which will be manufactured at the new laundry plant we’re building right now at our Appliance Park HQ in Louisville. This collaboration puts our Zero Distance strategy into action by bringing more of the suppliers and technology behind our products closer to where we make them. It's also another example of our industry-leading U.S. investments at work — driving innovation, strengthening domestic supply chains and growing manufacturing right here at home.
