Gainor was created around the friendship of both Norma Menkin and my partner Gail Tessler. We timed our pregnancies a year and a half apart to accommodate our business and our desire to be there for our children. Our children grew up in the business and they all worked here part time growing up. Now both my son Aaron Menkin, MBA and my daughter Maryssa Menkin are leading Gainor into the future.

Moments like these remind us—great work starts with great people. This crew brings heart, hustle, and curiosity every day.
