Explore the serious side of playful design.    In our latest episode of the Design Mind frogcast, Jenny Savage, Senior Visual Designer at frog, explores a topic that often gets overlooked in business and design conversations: play.    As products, services and digital experiences become increasingly complex, creating simplicity requires intention. It requires creativity. And often, it requires a willingness to embrace a more playful approach.    Play can make technology feel more human. From AI to everyday digital interactions, moments of creativity and even silliness can foster stronger connections and deeper engagement.  In this conversation, we also discuss neurodiversity, AI and what dating apps reveal about the way we design human experiences today.    Listen to the podcast now → https://fro.gd/4xEYs1H   #MakeYourMark

Why being found is not the same as being chosen. AI is transforming how customers discover brands. Systems now decide which options appear and which brands make the shortlist. That makes visibility essential. But it's no longer enough. AI may decide what enters consideration, but customers still decide what gets chosen. That choice is shaped by trust, identity, experiences and meaning, built long before the moment of search. In our latest article, we explore:  - Why discovery and choice are no longer the same moment  - How AI is reshaping what it takes to be considered  - What makes customers choose your brand over the algorithmic default Read the full article → https://fro.gd/3RQ8sGc #MakeYourMark

Great brand experiences turn intention into action. Proud to have helped Lloyds Banking Group and British Cycling bring Sofa to Saddle to life, shaping a distinctive brand experience that connects partnership, identity, product and activation through one cohesive digital-first system. Built to give people the confidence to get back in the saddle. Katie Bray #MakeYourMark

After over 12 months of collaboration, we’re so proud to see the Sofa to Saddle initiative go live today. Lloyds and British Cycling coming together through our Partnership to help more people across Britain discover (or rediscover!) the joy of cycling. 💛 At the heart of the initiative is an app designed to make getting on a bike feel simple, achievable and fun, whether you’re taking your first ride or getting back in the saddle after years away. This has truly been a team effort. A huge thank you to my incredible team mates at Lloyds (so proud of us!), to all those involved at British Cycling and to our brilliant agency partners who supported us in making this happen 🙌 It’s been a privilege to play a part in a project with such a positive purpose, and we can’t wait to see more people getting out on their bikes, building confidence, improving wellbeing and experiencing the freedom that cycling brings. 🌿🚴 Here’s to helping even more people swap the sofa for the saddle. 💪 Let’s get riding Britain 💚 Jon Lane Lisa Pinder Chris Parker Jen McAleer Suresh Balaji Claire Humphris Isabel Glover Eilish Convery Michele Robatto James Rimmer Hayley Bannister

The most interesting AI stories are no longer happening on screens. They're happening in factories, warehouses, labs, and cities.   Physical AI is rapidly becoming a real-world capability, not just a future vision. Delighted to see Capgemini recognized as 'a Market Shaper' in the Gartner® Emerging Market Quadrant for “Physical AI Services – Established Vendors” report and named as the ‘Company to Beat’ for Physical AI Services.   #MakeYourMark

The convergence of the digital with the physical is imminent. At frog - we’re designing for it. We explore what that means on our podcast, most recently in "Co-evolving with Physical AI." And with NOME, we showed how robots in human spaces could actually look, feel, and function. The conversations with our clients are now shifting from exploration to execution. It therefore makes me proud seeing Capgemini recognised by Gartner® as a Market Shaper in the Emerging Market Quadrant for Physical AI Services - and named the "Company to Beat”. Because the future isn't just imagining digital concepts.
It's turning them into physical realities - Make it real.

What happens when we build faster than we learn? Thanks to AI, many organizations are building products quicker and shipping faster than ever before. This might feel like progress, but a gap is emerging. Investment in building has surged, but investment in learning hasn’t kept up. Teams are producing outputs at scale, but they’re not always stopping to understand what those outputs actually do. The latest Design Mind article from frog explains how organizations that are the best learners - not just the fastest builders - will have the competitive advantage. Why do only 19% of consumers want AI agents to be their primary brand interface? Let’s discuss agentic commerce. Infrastructure for autonomous purchasing is being built as you read this. But to convince consumers, brands first need to create agent-assisted experiences that feel useful, trustworthy and human. Our latest article explores: - Why agentic commerce hasn’t had its “ChatGPT moment” yet - What OpenAI’s Instant Checkout experiment revealed about consumer readiness - How brands like Macy’s, IKEA and Walmart are already reshaping commerce with conversational AI Autonomous purchasing is coming. But the most successful experiences will preserve the parts of shopping people actually enjoy: discovery, anticipation and exploration. Airborne pathogen risk is a meaningful challenge in the indoor spaces where people live, work, learn, travel, and gather. We're proud to be part of the effort to change that. We're working with Illumisoft to help bring its SaniLux far UVC disinfection platform to market, taking it from a promising technology to a fully engineered, manufacturable product for healthcare, transit, education, and hospitality spaces. Ryan Starling (Head of Industrial Design, West Coast, frog, part of Capgemini) sees real potential in far UVC to improve human health and well-being, while Kaethe Blue Henning (Director, Consumer HealthTech Business of Synapse Product Development, part of Capgemini) calls it an important scientific breakthrough. We look forward to sharing more as this work progresses. Read the press release: https://lnkd.in/gnSNmj5y #Innovation #HealthTech #MakeItReal

What is atomic marketing and how does it revamp your org chart to supercharge transformation? Marketers cannot run twenty-first century capabilities through twentieth-century structures. But what’s the solution?     Our latest article explores the rise of the “Atomic Marketing Organization,” a new operating model designed for an era in which agentic AI executes at scale while human value comes from judgment, creativity and outcome ownership.    We examine the following developments:  - Marketing roles evolve from specialists to outcome leaders.  - Small, flexible hubs replace rigid departmental structures.  - AI agents absorb execution, enabling people to focus on strategy, innovation and decision-making.  - Scaling becomes a question of system capacity, not headcount.    Read the full article → https://fro.gd/4wwbJsD #AtomicMarketing #MakeYourMark
