Exhibitors told us they want rentals that are modern, elevated, and built to make a measurable impact on the show floor. That insight, paired with our innovative design and industry expertise, has led to the launch of a new exhibit rental collection with a simpler buying experience. Turning the show floor into a barber shop? We can help make that happen. When our team received the original design for The Shop, the client leaned on expert creatives like Production Designer Travis Young to translate the design into a realistic build. Using the structures available in our Flex exhibit design system, Travis helped deliver a buildable solution for every element of the design, making sure their vision on screen could become a reality on the show floor. After months of work, our creative design team had a chance to see the final product in real life… and what better way to experience the exhibit than by getting a haircut yourself?

🌟 The OCCC team had the opportunity to start the week off with our partners at Freeman Company, touring their facility, learning more about their operations, and strengthening collaboration through a meaningful team-building project. Together, our combined teams packed 10,000 meals for U.S. Hunger, reinforcing our shared commitment to community impact. Freeman is a great example of how the conventions and trade shows hosted at the OCCC create opportunities far beyond our venue, supporting local businesses, skilled professionals, and a strong economic impact throughout Orange County. #OCCC #CommunityImpact

Helicopter ✅ pyro, haze, and lasers ✅✅✅ 27,000 delighted attendees = 🙌🏼 When a client’s creative ambition means increased complexity, it requires an experienced team whose not only “been there and done that” but knows how to execute it safely while having a little fun outdoing themselves along the way!! That’s what my Freeman Company assembled team and I try to make happen every show! Keith Knight Hollis Johnson Paden Lake @LarryGravitt Ps - I was too busy EP’g to capture more shots. Sorry about that.

Teamwork makes the dream work! Proud to play our part in pulling off one of the most iconic events of the year.
This past weekend we ran Fanatics Fest NYC at the Javits Center. Year three of this beautiful, complex monster of an event brought growth: 150 billion media impressions 3.4 million square feet of space 200,000 fans 2,900 individual talent movements 739 security officer 460 radios 455 athletes and celebrities 357 daily crew 225 black SUVs 166 Talent Escorts 97 Staff Leads 45 branded golf carts 12 double deckers 11 pairs of jeggings 7 security providers 5 motorcades 4 of the starting 5 4th show day 3 parades 2 concerts And one driven, relentless and unbelievably talented team that I couldn’t be more proud of—or more grateful to be a part of. Fanatics Events. There were so many highlights from the weekend, but one that stands out was seeing everything our Talent Ops team has built finally come to life. Almost exactly a year ago, we made the decision to bring all talent travel and talent escort operations in-house. It was a big yet exciting move being driven by a newly formed, small-but-mighty team, and seeing it all in action this weekend was incredibly rewarding. To say I’m proud of the work that Kelsey Foley and Michelle Manning put into building this program would be an understatement. From development of the travel mgmt team and car service plan, to technology solutions and training schedules, to communications plans, backstage wayfinding, maps, resource guides, and every detail in between, they drove and built an operation from the ground up. But what I’m most proud of is the community they created—bringing together colleagues from across the Fanatics organization to serve as talent escorts and overall experience liaisons for the event. Being on the front lines with us. Representing the company together. None of this would have been possible without the time, dedication, and willingness of so many people to jump in and make it happen. An incredible accomplishment by an incredible team. A special and heartfelt thank you to our family at the Javits Center, Ken Dixon for being a constant support and true partner for me while building and navigating what was hands down the most multilayered, multifaceted security plan I've ever executed on. And lastly - to our incredible lineup of partners and contractors. Your trust, support, and commitment are what make this event possible. Here’s to year four. See you in 2027. Jennifer M.
