Last month, the Moen team attended the Lowe's Building Futures Foundation Event as a Premier Sponsor, alongside industry leaders tackling the nationwide skilled labor shortage. The Lowe's Foundation has committed to preparing prepare 250,000 job-ready tradespeople through its Gable Grants. Through Club Moen, our education platform for plumbers, we're proud to support grant recipient institutions with hands-on product access, technical training resources, and additional assistance where needed—helping ensure students learn with top-tier, industry-standard equipment as they build their skills. The event was also a chance to give back beyond the trades: our team and event attendees helped build 748 beds with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, so more children have a safe place to sleep at night. Thank you to Lowe’s, Gable Grant recipients, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, community organizations, and our other vendor partners.

The event brought together safety professionals and industry representatives who are seeking practical solutions to improve workplace safety and prevent serious incidents during equipment maintenance and servicing. From priming walls to applying the finishing coats, everyone worked together to transform empty rooms into welcoming living spaces.
