What happens to crucial case details discussed in client consults, witness prep, or strategy sessions? Too often, they get lost between the conference room and the case file. LOIS for Meetings fixes that vulnerability. As Filevine’s first-ever native iPhone app, LOIS for Meetings captures every conversation and instantly converts it into actionable case data: ✅ Real-time transcription: Accurate, searchable records of every conversation. ✅ Instant AI summaries: Get the core facts without reviewing hours of audio. ✅ 1-click task delegation: Turn verbal action items into tracked Filevine tasks immediately. ✅ Automatic sync: Zero manual uploads, and every file links directly to the correct Filevine project. Stop letting staff waste billable hours writing meeting recaps. Every conversation becomes an automatic system of record. See it live with Adam Bixler, Sr. Product Manager, Depositions, and Stacie Smith, Sales Engineer, on Thursday, August 20 at 12pm MDT: https://lnkd.in/epGGB4B2

Firms handling high case volumes need structure they can trust. Filevine has it, and G2 agrees, naming it a top pick for end-to-end case and document management. One G2 reviewer put it simply: it's easy to use, keeps clients and teams aligned on case status, and integrates smoothly with the tools firms already rely on. Legal AI can give you a well-cited answer that's still incomplete. Eight treatments listed perfectly when the case held ten, and the two it missed are the ones the attorney needed. That gap is the hardest problem in legal AI, and most public benchmarks aren't built to catch it. Our VP of ML and AI Initiatives Jonáš Kratochvíl lays out how Filevine actually evaluates its systems: 3️⃣ feedback loops 3️⃣ levels of scrutiny 👉 a standard that doesn’t ask "can it produce a convincing answer" but rather "where is that answer reliable, where does it fall short, and would we know if that changed?"

Your intake team shouldn't have to play detective with their own leads. In Lead Docket, nothing sits unread. Files are read the second they land and drop straight into the right folder in Filevine. From there, your team can Ask LOIS anything about a lead and get an answer cited back to the source, instead of piecing the story together across tabs. Coming soon: Lead Viability takes it a step further with a clear call on whether the lead is worth taking. Joshua Hostilo breaks down what's new on our blog: https://lnkd.in/d5NhD6bZ

The best case management isn't invisible. It's what lets a team drop the constant check-ins. Lorraine O put it best: when a case is documented properly, you open the file and see exactly what's done, what's pending, what needs attention. No calls. No guessing.
The more I use Filevine, the more I appreciate it. When a team documents everything properly, you don’t have to keep calling people to ask, “Where are we on this case?” You can simply open the file and see exactly what’s been done, what’s pending, and what needs attention. That’s one of the biggest reasons remote work can be so effective. But I’ve also seen the other side. When people are working but not documenting what they’ve done, things can get confusing very quickly. A case starts feeling all over the place, even when everyone is busy. Good documentation really makes all the difference. For me, Filevine is a game changer when it’s used the right way. I honestly enjoy working with it, and I prefer it over MyCase. Just my two cents. 😊 What’s your experience with Filevine or other case management systems? #LorraineO #personalinjury
