Laurel Springs is America's first fully online K-12 school. Its Head of School, Alyssa Tormala, joined our Cool Schools podcast to talk about its history, accreditation, and how they support their students' diverse needs. The school's mission is to create an education that fits the students, not the other way around. https://lnkd.in/eCHU9PTG

Our new Schooling in America survey dives into parents’ and the public’s views on everything from school satisfaction, education funding, and school choice policies. There's still a disconnect between where parents want to send their children for school and where they actually send them. https://lnkd.in/eTbMqg74

EdChoice Legal Advocates have partnered with Frazier Law, PLLC to file an amicus brief with the Arizona Supreme Court. EdLA is getting involved to ensure that military families in Arizona can still access the state's school choice programs and to protect Arizona voters' ability to decide on measures supporting school choice. Military service members and their families sacrifice many things, but their children's education shouldn't be one of them. Arizona's Constitution grants the citizens of that state the choice to protect the promise of a quality education for all students. We're grateful to the Frazier Law team for their support in our effort to keep this ballot measure in front of Arizona voters this November.
