Reflex has open-sourced xy, a Python charting library that uses Rust to render charts with up to 10 million points in roughly 80 milliseconds while preserving data detail. By only sending pixel-necessary data to the browser, xy enables live dashboards and interactive files as small as 258 KiB, making large-scale visualization practical for everyday workflows. The LiteLLM supply-chain attack exposed more than 2,500 companies and roughly 434,000 CI/CD pipelines after TeamPCP used a single un-revoked token to poison releases through the Trivy scanner and LiteLLM build system. The malicious packages were available for only about 40 minutes, but automated pipelines spread CanisterWorm, SandClock, and self-propagating worms widely enough that CloudSEK warns the threat remains live for any organization that pulled the affected versions. A new survey of 400 business and engineering executives finds 80% have traced a production incident, outage, or customer-impacting defect to AI-generated code in the past 12 months, yet only 6% say they test that code with AI tools often or always. Despite positive ROI and reported quality gains, many organizations are cutting junior developers and QA testers, widening the gap between AI-assisted code creation and the testing discipline needed to prevent production failures. See the full survey findings on the risks of AI-generated code in production: https://lnkd.in/eR62iAru #AgenticAI #SoftwareTesting #DevOps #AICoding

What if choosing one hardware vendor is actually limiting your flexibility? The largest data centers don't always standardize on one vendor. Many use multi-vendor environments to improve resilience, maintain leverage, and adapt faster. Join RackN infrastructure experts to see how leading teams simplify mixed-hardware environments through consistent automation and operational processes. You'll learn: • Where single-vendor strategies can create limitations • How to manage diverse hardware without adding complexity • Why automation can scale more effectively than standardization If you lead infrastructure, platform engineering, or data center operations, this webinar is for you. 📅 Tomorrow August 13 | 11:00 AM ET 🎟️ Reserve your seat: https://buff.ly/5XKQlwh #DataCenter #Infrastructure #PlatformEngineering #Automation #ITOperations

The gap between having tests and trusting what they say comes from tracking coverage instead of understanding it, and visibility tied to specific code changes turns testing into confidence. Teams that ship without dread trace coverage to what actually changed and keep test cases current against real behavior, not just dashboard metrics. AI is generating more code than ever. But who's governing what gets deployed? As AI accelerates software delivery, engineering teams are under growing pressure to maintain visibility, trust, and control across the software supply chain. Join Harness experts to learn how leading organizations are securing AI-assisted software delivery without slowing development. You'll learn: • Why AI-generated dependencies create new trust challenges • How artifact traceability strengthens software integrity • Why continuous governance is replacing manual approvals If you lead engineering, DevSecOps, platform, or application security teams, this webinar is for you. 📅 Tomorrow | August 12 | 1:00 PM ET 🎟️ Reserve your seat: https://buff.ly/wcfwjkl #DevSecOps #SoftwareSupplyChain #ApplicationSecurity #PlatformEngineering #Harness

Anthropic is flipping Claude Code to auto mode by default, replacing per-action permission prompts with a classifier that catches dangerous commands far more reliably than the 97% of prompts humans approve without reading. The data show that human attention doesn't scale for agent governance, and the real shift is from approving every step to defining boundaries before the agent runs, then maintaining an audit trail. Find out what this could mean for agent governance and developer productivity here: https://lnkd.in/eCndsXZQ AgenticAI #Governance #DevOps #Anthropic
