WHERE PASSION FLOWS

About us

At Delta Faucet Company, passion for water flows through everything we do, whether it’s with our namesake and flagship Delta® brand, or our other company brands that include Newport Brass®, Brizo®, Kraus®, and Peerless®. Combining design and innovation, our extensive product line suits both residential and commercial buildings. Our employees work together to make things better, from collaborating on a product launch, to building a Habitat for Humanity house or lending a hand to a colleague in need. This positive mindset empowers a culture of trust where we’re willing to challenge each other – and we always have each other’s backs. As a division of Masco Corporation, we are a market leader and one of the largest U.S. manufacturers of residential and commercial faucets. With thousands of employees in the U.S. and across the globe, we have a strong track record of excellence and growth. We pour a lot of energy into helping our employees develop skills, grow as professionals and people and build rewarding careers that take them as far as they want to go.

  • We're proud to have Mike Sale on our team, and even prouder to see his expertise spotlighted in Fast Company. When your passion and your work align this well, great things happen. Give it a read!

  • Happy National Intern Day!   From our global headquarters in Indianapolis to our facility in Santa Ana, California, members of this year's intern and co-op cohort have embraced every opportunity to learn new skills, build connections, and gain meaningful hands-on experience. Whether it was attending plant tours and professional development events, participating in our IT Summit, or competing at the Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge, they've explored new experiences, expanded their networks, and made a lasting impact across the organization.   To mark today's significance, they're connecting with interns from Watkins Wellness, a fellow Masco Corporation company, for a virtual professional development session. It's another great opportunity in a summer defined by growth, engagement, and meaningful contributions at Delta Faucet Company.   To our 2026 interns and co-ops: thank you for everything you've contributed this summer. We're excited to see where your careers take you next!

  • How do you show employees you appreciate them in the summer when you're headquartered in Indiana? By passing out locally famous My Dad's Sweet Corn. "Dad" and his son Andrew rolled up to HQ with a pickup truck full of fresh ears and handed them out to employees — a small and uniquely Hoosier way to say thank you for everything our team does. There may or may not have been a few debates about the best way to cook it. Butter or no butter, grilled or boiled ... what's your preference?

  • This week, our IT team came together for a symposium at global headquarters — and while the conversations covered a lot of ground (cross-functional collaboration, the role IT plays in nearly every corner of our business, and where we're headed next), the agenda was designed with real connection in mind. That meant plenty of face-to-face time, great discussions, and a little friendly competition at Topgolf to wrap things up. A big thanks to everyone who showed up, shared ideas, and helped make it an “above par” experience.

  • We're proud to share that Delta Faucet Company earned 1st place in our division at the 2026 Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge! And a few of our teams brought home some serious hardware along the way, with 1st place finishes in Tug-of-War and Dodgeball, and a 3rd place finish in Volleyball.   But the real win? Seeing our employees having fun and showing up to run, cycle, toss, and cheer each other on. We had representation in every event on the schedule and maxed out our participation points. Congratulations to everyone who played a part in this year's Challenge — bring on 2027!   For those who participated, what was your favorite part of the day?

  • Are you ready for something "magical" this October? As Title Sponsor for this Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana annual event, we hope you'll consider joining us to celebrate the impact of mentorship, and those that make it possible. See you there!

  • The upcoming Fourth of July weekend is a chance to slow down, gather with the people who matter most, and enjoy the simple traditions that make summer feel like summer — a backyard barbecue, an evening of fireworks, or simple moments to recharge. No matter how you spend the weekend, we wish you and your loved ones a safe, relaxing, and happy holiday.

  • Last Friday, our team was "all in" at the 2026 Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge presented by Elevance Health. More than 130 companies and over 7,500 participants competed at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for another incredible three days of competition.   From cycling and tug of war to pickleball and an obstacle course, our employees brought their A-game — prioritizing wellness, cheering each other on, and representing Delta Faucet Company with pride. And while we don't have the specific stats yet, we know we placed in several event categories!   A huge thank you to Shaylin (Pachciarz) Dodd for organizing our teams, leading tryouts, and getting everyone prepped to compete. And to our employees who showed up and gave it their all — well done! Events like this are a great reminder of what makes our culture strong: camaraderie and the kind of team spirit that carries well beyond the finish line.   For those who attended, what's a memory from this year's Challenge that's going to stick with you?

  • Beach ball? Check. Burning summer questions? Also check.   We roamed the halls at global headquarters for a water-themed round of "This or That" — and the answers might surprise you.   Watch to see who's team lake, who's team lemonade, and who has very strong feelings about the deep end. And now it's your turn — leave your own answers to our "this or that" questions in the comments.

  • We officially kicked off our 2026 Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity build this week, marking our 26th year of partnership with the organization.   On Monday, volunteers gathered outside of global headquarters to construct the panels that will become the framework of a Delta Faucet Company-sponsored home for a deserving family. Inside the building, employees also had the opportunity to help assemble welcome kits and to write cards of encouragement that will be passed along to future volunteers and new homeowners.   Throughout the month, employees are also donating essential household items like cleaning supplies, towels, and paper products to help this year's homeowners settle into their new spaces.   As for the new panels, they will be transported to the build site, where they'll serve as support for the rest of the structure. We can't wait to see the house take shape — and to celebrate its completion later this year.
