We are eager to see new programs the Boys & Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe can offer for local children with their new facilities in Incline Village.

On this special 4th of July, we’re proud to recognize Liberty Dogs™ CEO Ondra Berry, as he prepares to speak at the Great American State Fair tomorrow in Washington D.C. His leadership reflects the spirit of service and independence we honor and celebrate.

Access to preventive veterinary care can make a tremendous difference for families facing hardship, and no- or low-cost clinics can help ensure pets receive the care they need to stay healthy. FEEDING PETS OF THE HOMELESS®, a national nonprofit providing veterinary care and essential pet resources for families facing financial hardship, recently partnered with community services and Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation to provide free wellness examinations, vaccinations, microchipping, spay/neuter vouchers, pet food, and supplies to nearly 200 pets during two Duffield Pet Wellness Clinics held in Northern Nevada. The Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation is looking for a Grants Manager to help oversee and support our growing grantmaking efforts. This is an in-person role based at our Foundation offices in Incline Village, Nevada. We think it’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into details, collaborating with others, and helping drive meaningful change in communities.

On June 6, the anniversary of D-Day, we will proudly join Liberty Dogs™ for Day of Gratitude at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to celebrate and honor U.S. Veterans and their families. Hosted by CityServe International, Voice of the Veteran, and Love Has No Limits -- in collaboration with the Las Vegas Raiders -- this one-day event recognizes the courage, sacrifice, and service of our nation’s Veterans, military service members, and their families. This year, Day of Gratitude marks a historic moment—honoring those who have defended our freedoms as we join the nationwide celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
