𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗲: "After spending decades building products in product companies, why join a services company and build products here?" 😊 It's a fair question. The IAM market already has excellent product vendors, and most IAM services companies build solution accelerators. So what meaningful innovation can CyberSolve (a Hexaware Technologies company) bring? If an IAM product already solves a problem well, we don't reinvent it. But working closely with customers, we repeatedly uncover operational gaps that increase cost, timelines, audit effort, and security risk. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗜𝗗 identifies and classifies non-human identities before campaign launch, improving User Access Review accuracy. 3. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝘀. 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗜𝗗, with 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸, automates secure access data collection from desktop and legacy applications. 4. What would winning technology innovation look like in 2026? I was honored to be on the panel of judges for the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲® 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, specifically 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲. One of the big takeaways for me this year was how many entries focused on 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗔𝗜). It's clear that organizations are recognizing the value proposition of embedding 𝗔𝗜 into their strategies, operating procedures, cyber defenses, customer experiences, and more. At the same time, our judging experience served as a much needed reminder that simply applying AI is not innovative. The winning entries this year showcased solutions that solved real world business and customer challenges, delivered substantive results, had responsible governance, security, and risk management practices, were designed to scale (not piloted in one area and left there), and struck the right balance between technology and humanity. It was inspiring to see the commitment from the entries to thoughtfully bring their boldest ideas to life. Day three at Identiverse 2026, both sessions were full of energy. The masterclass, "Hacking Agentic AI," brought the room in close, a live attack and exploit managed by a working identity-driven defense. The questions afterward were sharp, the kind that tell you people were not just watching, they were already thinking about how this applies to their own environment. A few hours later, Session 2, "Zero-License IAM," took a different angle on the same agentic AI thread, building a working identity workflow live, without the usual licensing weight.
