As Disability Pride Month comes to a close, we’re celebrating everything our Crunchyroll community made possible together. This year, ADAPT—our Abled & Disabled Allies Partnering Together ERG—centered the theme Celebrate Who You Are, creating space for connection, learning, storytelling, and community impact. Together, we: ⭐ Through Hero's Journey, 53 employees from five countries came together to log 5,057 miles, reaching our donation milestone and raising $5,000 for Special Olympics Southern California. ⭐ Shared movement selfies and celebrated the many different ways our Crunchyrollers showed up for themselves and one another. ⭐ Lifted up disabled voices, lived experiences, and contributions through employee stories and athlete spotlights. ⭐ Hosted a powerful Spotlight on Special Olympics Southern California with Kelly Pond, President and CEO of SOSC, Special Olympics athlete Sasha Cruz, and our very own Chief People Experience Office Jennifer Pettit—connecting us to the mission of acceptance, inclusion, and belonging, and inspiring more Crunchyrollers to get involved. The biggest takeaway is that belonging is something we create together: by making room for every story, celebrating every journey, and recognizing that every step, stretch, roll, dance, and act of encouragement matters. Thank you to everyone who participated, shared, cheered others on, and helped make this month so meaningful. We’re proud of what we accomplished together—and excited to keep building a more accessible and inclusive community at Crunchyroll. #DisabilityPrideMonth #Accessibility #Inclusion #SpecialOlympics #Crunchyroll
