"I've landed more deals in hallways and hotel bars than I ever have sitting behind my desk." That's how 2026 Chair Celeste Tanner describes the value of attending the CREDA Conference. "When you're surrounded by people who understand this industry – who are navigating the same challenges and chasing the same opportunities – the conversations happen naturally. And those conversations often turn into partnerships, deals and lifelong relationships." For more than 20 years, CREDA has helped Celeste build a network that's shaped her career. This October, she's inviting you to build yours. CREDA Conference | October 5–7 | Denver Register today: credaglobal.org/conference

AI may be making us faster. That doesn't necessarily mean it's making us smarter. That's a distinction Breana Wheeler wants commercial real estate leaders to think about. Teams can jump straight to an AI solution before they've clearly defined the problem they're trying to solve. Anyone who's used an AI chatbot has probably experienced it: an answer that's technically correct but completely misses the point. AI isn't a mind reader. The easy efficiencies are already here. The harder work is figuring out what we're actually trying to accomplish – and whether AI is the right tool for the job. That's part of the conversation Breana will bring to the CREDA Conference this October. 📍 Sheraton Downtown Denver 🗓️ October 5 – 7, 2026 Join us: https://lnkd.in/e5KuTK9H

Politics can make it easy to miss what's happening in the numbers. At the CREDA Conference this October, Cameron Trefry will take a closer look at what the One Big Beautiful Bill Act could mean for industrial development and investment – without getting caught up in the politics surrounding it. His focus: what the policy actually delivers. Trefry will explore potential impacts including employment growth in key regions and new manufacturing investment across the country. He'll also compare the legislation with the CHIPS Act, which targeted a specific part of the manufacturing economy – semiconductor production – while this policy reaches across industries regardless of what a company makes. If you think this session is only relevant to a narrow slice of industrial real estate, Trefry's perspective may change your mind. 📍 Sheraton Downtown Denver 🗓️ October 5 – 7, 2026 Register: https://lnkd.in/e5KuTK9H

For years, commercial real estate technology was a tough sell. Michael Beckerman watched it happen firsthand. Startups tackled narrow problems, sales cycles were long, and many firms already had systems that worked well enough – even if that system was Excel. As CEO of CREtech Beckerman has had a front-row seat to the shift. AI is changing the conversation from "nice to have" technology to tools that can fundamentally change how commercial real estate gets done. And he credits CREDA for putting that conversation front and center. "I give so much credit to the leadership at CREDA for bringing AI to the forefront of the conference." Now, Beckerman is bringing that perspective to the AI-Driven Strategies for Acquisitions and Underwriting panel at the CREDA Conference, exploring how AI is already changing the way deals get evaluated and decisions get made. If you want to understand where AI is taking commercial real estate next, this is a conversation you won't want to miss.
