Safe + Sound Week is August 10-16th. 🦺 A nationwide event held each August, this week recognizes the successes of workplace health and safety programs. All to keep America's workplace safe. At Cool Air Mechanical - Minnesota, safety starts with our people. Every day, our team looks out for one another, takes the time to do the job right, and speaks up when something doesn’t feel safe. Safe & Sound Week gives us a chance to recognize that commitment and remind ourselves that a strong safety culture is built by all of us. We’re proud of the people who make safety a priority—not just on the job, but for the sake of their coworkers, their families, and everyone who counts on them to make it home safely each day. At the end of the day, the most important thing we do is look out for each other. We are growing day by day and it is so fun to be part of this team. I’m very honored that we were able to join the metro north Chamber of Commerce. We love everyone in our community, which we call home! Together we will do great things.
***VIDEO ALERT*** Community comes first at Cool Air Mechanical, Inc. And our community is always growing. We continue to expand our services and staff, now offering electrical services in our CAM Controls - A Division of Cool Air Mechanical division. This summer we brought together our employees for a special ribbon cutting ceremony - celebrating this growth -- but also celebrating becoming the newest member of MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce. We brought in a food truck, had great BBQ, gave our guests office tours of our home for 13 years, and enjoyed a beautiful day outside. We never forget our roots, but as grow bigger, it's nice to spread the word. Thank you to all who came out from the Chamber - especially Kendra Miles-Smith, Director of Membership & Partnerships. #MEPContractor #Since1965 #CommunityBuilds #CoolAirCares Mark Worms Jeff Hawthorne, MBA Chris Worms Rod Charlton Carly Worms Neil Scott

Happy National Intern Day! At Cool Air, we care about our employees, their families and -- our interns! They love what they do, and they all help make us a better company. This summer we get to host three interns - Brynn Heaurung, Jordan Barenz, and Carly Worms. Last week Carly and our marketing crew visited four jobsites for video and photography content. She coordinated with each department head, set up site visits, including one for CAM Controls - A Division of Cool Air Mechanical, got permissions from clients, tour guided our marketing team, BOBBY BEST and Stephanie Woodcock, helped with the food truck, company tours, a ribbon cutting event, and even got to interview her father on camera - Chris Worms. Carly spearheaded this whirlwind two days with a smile and her own flair, complete with a decorative agenda for us all to follow! The open house and jobsite visits a huge success. Happy #NationalInternDay to all interns like Carly - who think of every detail and bring companies like ours to life! 👷♀️ 🌟 We love building up the next generation for this terrific industry. #InternLove #BuildYourCareer #ConstructionCareers #UnionStrong Mark Worms Rod Charlton Neil Scott Chris Worms Matt Worms Jeff Hawthorne, MBA

Good work deserves to be shared. Great feedback deserves to be celebrated. We're proud of our team and incredibly grateful when customers take the time to recognize their hard work. From start to finish, your team demonstrated an exceptional commitment to safety, and the communication throughout the project was second to none. It made a real difference and gave us confidence that everything was being handled and installed the right way. Your professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to follow up every step of the way kept the project moving smoothly. Your teamwork and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you again for a job well done!" Robert, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting Cool Air Mechanical - Minnesota with your project. And to our team, thank you for continuing to set the standard with your commitment to safety, communication, and quality workmanship every day. #CoolAirMechanical #CustomerFeedback #IndustrialRefrigeration #HVAC #SafetyFirst #Teamwork #GoodWorkGreatFeedback Mark Worms

SUPER COOL project for one of our clients. It really is an art form when it all comes together.
***VIDEO ALERT*** Just another day on the jobsite... 🏗️ When the big crane shows up, we're really making progress - and it's time to show it! Today we set four penthouse units for a new build of a cold food storage facility. This private client's facility represents a legacy project of ours - Design Build - months in the making, we have finally moved past the design of the project and are starting installation. It's finally getting built! To say we are excited... is an understatement. We worked hand-in-hand with the client to deliver the right scope, in the right timing, with a turnkey approach. With our industrial mechanical expertise in the food and beverage market, we were able to deliver engineering plans that catered to the needs of the client and anticipated any future needs. We are midway through this Design-Build project and scheduled to be completed mid 2027. As a full-service MEP contractor, we don't just show up to a project to fix things. We engineer, plan, build, execute, and service projects start to finish. Our clients depend on us. We Design Build Together. #DesignBuild #MEPContractor #DesignBuildTogether #IndustrialProject #LegacyProject #NewConstruction Mark Worms Jeff Hawthorne, MBA Bret Swanson Zachary Johnson
