About us
Console is an AI-Native ITSM, built to help teams automate support and shift from doing the work to managing the system that does the work for them. From password resets to access requests, Console handles 60–80% of support requests directly in Slack or Teams before they ever reach a human.

Frontier models are extraordinary. But without context, they'll never be able to solve real-world IT problems. It's why we built Console specifically to harness organizational context. Read more on our philosophy here: https://lnkd.in/gi3PpsWc

Why is your IT team still drowning in tickets? Isn't there a better way? Why is this young child in a casino? These are the types of questions this video dares to ask.

A vast majority of AI pilots fail. The reason may have more to do with how they’re set up than the power of the underlying technology. Our latest: https://lnkd.in/ggYW3BxC

Just wrapped up another Console event in Atlanta! 🕺 Cooks and Soldiers was a great time, we talked about Atlanta traffic, the World Cup, and even a bit about IT tickets. Thanks to the new and familiar faces who showed up. 8 cities down this year building out Console's community on the ground with teammates like Jackie Lu, Michael Armstrong, and crew! What starts as a room full of people who've never met ends as a room full of, dare I say, friends? Oh, and we're hiring. Help shape the AI-native future of IT, HR, Legal (and more!) support. Maybe you can even end up on one of these trips with me. Fair warning, we laugh a lot, some may even say I cackle. : ) Denver and LA up next! Come say hi!

Excited to share that on Tuesday, July 21, I’ll be sitting down with Samuel Williams, Head of IT at Synthesia, for a fireside chat on how the company is using Console to transform its IT team from support into engineers. Synthesia’s seven-person IT team supports hundreds of employees. With Console, they increased auto-resolution from 25% to 75%, reduced access request times from 8–10 hours to under 30 minutes, and achieved a 4.8/5 internal CSAT score. As Sam puts it, if Console disappeared, “My team would go from engineers back to legacy support.” Sign up here: https://bit.ly/4fIdWeY

Our shockingly orange buses have officially returned from MacAdmins Conference We spent the week alongside the Apple IT community, connecting with IT practitioners from around the world, swapping notes, and sharing Boba Tea. Thanks to everyone who hopped on the shuttle, stopped by the booth, and packed our workshop. See you at the next one!
