Thank you to Amanda Schiavo and Commercial Observer for reporting on this transaction. We’re grateful for the trust the sellers placed in our team and excited to see another significant large-scale development move forward in Coney Island - especially with experienced developers like Clipper Equity and Nalcorp behind it. This marks the second $20M+ transaction our team has closed in the past week. If you are considering the sale of a development site in Brooklyn, please don't hesitate to reach out for a confidential discussion. TerraCRG #OnlyBrooklyn

The best solutions take into account not just where a property is today, but where it is headed. With construction already topped out and approvals secured, the financing was structured to support the project's long-term value and take advantage of the 485-x program. Well done Israel Mermelstein and Louis Halperin, for executing another fantastic transaction on behalf of the Midwood Group. Thanks to our capital partners at Ponce Bank for bringing this 198-unit Brooklyn development to a successful close, and to Commercial Observer for the coverage.
