Reliability doesn't trend, but it closes homes. Clients feel the difference between an agent who's present and one who's just responsive. Doug Swanson of the Powell Real Estate Team (Top Producers Realty) is the present kind, and it showed in his $241,000 close in Lagrange, GA. Congratulations, Doug. Dependable work, well rewarded. What's a close you're proud of right now? Sound off below. #RealEstate #RealEstateAgent #ClosingDay #CINCpro

Sending mass texts today is grabbing a nuclear bomb and throwing it at your deliverability." That was our CEO Alvaro Erize at last week's Tom Ferry Success Summit, and the point underneath the line is one a lot of teams learn the hard way. Blast the same message to a thousand contacts at once and carriers flag your number as spam. Your deliverability drops across the board after that. Not just for that message, for every text you send next. The efficiency you thought you were gaining costs you the ability to reach anyone. What works now is the opposite of a blast. Tailored follow-up that reacts to the signals a specific lead is giving you: the listing they keep viewing, the features they're drawn to, the search they're actively running. A lead looking at a home with a pool should get a text about that home, sent while they're still engaged, not a generic message sent to everyone. The teams winning in 2026 aren't the ones texting the most people. They're the ones texting the right person the right thing at the right moment. Watch Alvaro make the case in the clip, and see his full segment at the link below.

The best real estate teams don't guess — they benchmark. Care is hard to fake and impossible to hide. Clients can tell when an agent is genuinely in their corner, and it changes how a deal feels. Savannah Moore of Engel & Völkers Gulf Shores in Orange Beach, AL leads with exactly that, and it carried her recent $465,000 close in Daphne. Congratulations, Savannah. Thoughtful work, richly deserved. What's a win that's stuck with you lately? We're all ears. #RealEstate #RealEstateAgent #ClosingDay #CINCpro

Instant response to new leads is no longer a competitive advantage. It's the baseline. Most systems, ours included, handle speed to lead by default. So what actually separates the teams winning in 2026? At last week's Tom Ferry Success Summit, our CEO Alvaro Erize made the case: speed to lead is a given, speed to signal is the edge. The distinction matters. Responding fast to a form fill is now standard. Responding fast to a signal, a lead viewing the same listing repeatedly, asking a specific question, showing real urgency, is where deals are won or lost. When AI-driven follow-up flags a lead as agent-ready, that lead converts at roughly 8 times the rate of an average one. But the advantage collapses if no one acts within 30 to 60 minutes. The signal is only worth as much as the speed of the response behind it. Accountability is the multiplier. Targeted lead generation, tailored follow-up, and agents who respond to signals inside the hour are the keys to produce a 4x to 8x return on lead gen spend. The tools do their job. The discipline to act on them fast is what separates the teams seeing that return from the ones still wondering why their leads go cold. Alverao's closing point applied no matter whose software you run: hold your team accountable to a 30-to-60-minute response on every signal, and the return follows. Full recap, including a $21.25M sale that began as a 60-cent lead, linked in the first comment. #realestate #realestateteams #proptech #speedtolead #realestatecoaching

Preparation is the quiet advantage. The agent who's done the homework can answer the hard question on the spot, and clients notice. Richard Sharrett of Summit Properties in Kingsport, TN clearly did his, closing a $371,500 home in Bristol with a client who never had to wonder if they were in good hands. Congratulations, Richard. Well-prepared and well-earned. What's your latest win? Share it with us below. #RealEstate #RealEstateAgent #ClosingDay #CINCpro

Join our CINC Dialed In webinar tomorrow, which is built around one insight: most agents never actually practice their objection handling with peers. They memorize scripts. They watch videos. They hope that when the moment comes, they won't freeze. What if you practiced, live, every other week, with a professional Conversion Specialist coaching you while your peers watched and learn alongside you? That's what Dialed In is for. Every other Monday at 3 PM EST, agents join live. They bring their toughest objections. Our specialists help them script it, role-play it, and beat it in real time. Join Dialed In. Every other Monday at 3 PM EST. Register and stay registered for all sessions. Register at the link in the first comment. #RealEstate #Training #Sales #Leadership

Ninety-seven percent of brokerage leaders now say their agents use AI, up from 80% in 2024! The adoption race is over. So why are so many teams quietly unsure it's changed a single number that matters? Because adoption and impact are two different measurements, and most of this year's hype treats them as one. Break the numbers down by task and it gets clearer. Writing tools sit around 78% adoption. The chatbots and assistants built for actual lead engagement sit closer to 47%. Most teams pointed AI at content creation, which speeds up a Tuesday morning but doesn't touch the thing that decides whether a lead converts: how fast that lead gets a relevant response. The window where a lead is still engaged is short, and it doesn't run on your team's schedule. A lead who registers at 9pm won't wait for business hours. The teams seeing real returns aren't the ones with the highest usage numbers. They're the ones who aimed AI at that response window, with replies that stay relevant to what the lead actually searched for, not a generic script. So the 2026 questions worth asking aren't "are we using AI?" They're: how fast is a new lead getting a first response, at any hour? What percentage of engaged leads reach agent-ready status? And how much context does the agent have when that lead lands in their lap? Measure outcomes, not tool usage. Full breakdown linked in the first comment. #realestate #realestateteams #proptech #realestateAI #realestatecoaching
