We are pleased to see the Phase 2b ELEVATE IPF trial of deupirfenidone in #idiopathicpulmonaryfibrosis (IPF) featured in the August issue of The American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (AJRCCM). The manuscript, which was previously published online, reports findings that helped inform the design of the recently initiated Phase 3 SURPASS-IPF trial – the first industry-sponsored head-to-head trial in #IPF, which will assess superiority of deupirfenidone vs. pirfenidone. Please join us in welcoming Ronen Tamir as Chief Operating Officer and David Stark as General Counsel. Ronen brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Pfizer, Teva Pharmaceuticals, GE Healthcare, and Rosetta Genomics. Throughout his career, he has led global business units, strategic acquisitions, commercialization efforts, investor relations, competitive intelligence, and digital innovation initiatives. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Pfizer, where he helped modernize the company's investor engagement strategy through data-driven and AI-enabled approaches. David joins Celea following a distinguished legal career that includes serving as Chief Legal Officer of Teva Pharmaceuticals and, most recently, as a member of the Board of Directors of Assertio Holdings. Over more than three decades, he has built an outstanding reputation as a trusted advisor in corporate governance, compliance, transactions, intellectual property, and pharmaceutical law.
