Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan said higher oil and gas prices are likely to keep inflation elevated into 2027 and 2028, and the bank expects the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates later this year. “This type of inflation takes a long time to squeeze out of the system,” Moynihan said in an interview with CBS News' Margaret Brennan on July 16.
