It is almost the end of our Summer 2026 Internship Program at Brother! Throughout the summer, our interns have been hard at work contributing to real projects, developing new skills, and supporting teams across the organization. While they spent most of the summer focused on their work, we also made time for fun with off-site engagement events at each of our locations. Whether they were go-karting, exploring virtual reality, or getting creative in a splatter paint room, our interns had the opportunity to build connections outside the office. We're incredibly proud of the contributions our interns have made this summer, many of which will continue to have an impact long after the program ends. Experiences like these are just one of the many things that make Brother's internship program so special. Thank you, 2026 interns!

Happy National Intern Day! We’re proud to have more than 30 interns with us this summer across four office locations and two countries, contributing to projects throughout the business and making an impact from day one. Our internship program gives students the opportunity to build skills, make connections, and gain hands-on experience while working alongside our teams. They have already accomplished so much, and we’re excited to see what they continue to achieve throughout the rest of the summer! Our softball and kickball series brings employees from across the organization together for some friendly competition and a lot of fun! Throughout the summer, employees from all levels and departments enjoy the games and each other’s company. Each game is an opportunity to cheer one another on, build relationships across teams, and spend time together outside the office. 🥎

As part of our Summer Internship Program, our interns participated in a Talent Development Seminar with our Talent Acquisition team, where they learned more about building their professional brand and preparing for future career opportunities. The session sparked conversations on everything from updating LinkedIn profiles and perfecting resumes to interview preparation, networking, and standing out as a candidate. Our recruiters answered questions, shared advice, and offered insights from their own experiences! This seminar is just one of the many ways we invest in our interns' growth throughout the summer, equipping them with practical skills and resources they can carry with them throughout their careers.

Our employees gathered to celebrate this quarter's new hires, milestone work anniversaries, and team accomplishments. We also celebrated our recent recognition by NJBIZ as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the sixth consecutive year! While the ice cream was certainly a highlight, the opportunity to recognize one another and reflect on shared successes made the events even sweeter!🍦
