Last week, Bow Wave LLC was honored to support the Jack Hess Memorial Golf Tournament alongside the FBI Agents Association. I had the opportunity to sit down with longtime friend and colleague Robert E. Anderson, Jr. on his YouTube series BobLetsTalk! to discuss my career path, leadership lessons, and the transition from public service to the private sector. After 21 years with the FBI, including serving as Executive Assistant Director for Intelligence, founding Bow Wave LLC with my partner Daniel Dzenitis felt like a natural next step. We built a team focused on national security, cybersecurity, counterintelligence, and data science, grounded in mission and resilience. I am grateful to Robert for the thoughtful conversation and the chance to reflect on leadership, service, and where the market is headed. Team Bow Wave attended an event supporting The Honor Foundation, an organization that plays a critical role in preparing special operators for their next mission beyond military service. Matt Stevens, a former Navy SEAL and now CEO of The Honor Foundation, continues to lead work that strengthens this community. Matt and Bow Wave’s COO, Daniel Dzenitis, also served as SEALs together, adding a unique connection to the evening. It was also great to spend time with friends and partners from Booz Allen Hamilton, including Carl Ghattas and Patrick Kelly.

Veterans Day is a reminder of the extraordinary dedication of those who have served. To every veteran, THANK YOU. Thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your steadfast commitment to our nation. Today and every day, we are forever grateful.
