  • Bio-Techne has spent five decades helping scientists turn bold questions into life-changing answers. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re proud of the impact we've had on science and medicine, from supporting breakthrough research to enabling the development of next-generation therapies. Our collective effort and success have positioned us well for an exciting future, including through the planned acquisition of Bio-Techne by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Following transaction close, we will have an opportunity to build on our strong foundation, further accelerating innovation and expanding our impact for researchers, clinicians, and patients around the world. Here's to the next 50 years of scientific innovation, discovery, and impact. #BioTechne50

  • Bringing cutting-edge science closer to researchers is essential for accelerating discovery. To help make that possible, we've opened our Demonstration & Service Center at the ATLATL Innovation Center in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. Designed to support biopharma, cell and gene therapy, and life science sectors, the center gives researchers hands-on access to our protein analysis and spatial multiomics technologies, helping them explore new applications and gain deeper scientific insights. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening. We look forward to supporting continued innovation across China's life sciences community.

  • The conversations last week at #ISSCR2026 reinforce just how transformative stem cell and regenerative medicine will be for the future of healthcare.   Driving that progress means enabling better models and more reproducible science, and we were proud to showcase how our R&D Systems portfolio is supporting this at the event.   From AI‑guided protein development to fully defined reagents optimized for 3D cultures, we’re helping researchers tackle one of the field’s biggest challenges: scaling reproducible stem cell and organoid systems.   #StemCells #RegenerativeMedicine
