Our fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 (FY26) results are out, with Bio-Techne ending FY26 with improved performance and excellent execution. These results position us well for an exciting future, including through the planned acquisition of Bio-Techne by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. We look forward to the opportunities this transaction is expected to create for our customers and employees. Bio-Techne remains an independent company until the transaction closes.

Bringing cutting-edge science closer to researchers is essential for accelerating discovery. To help make that possible, we've opened our Demonstration & Service Center at the ATLATL Innovation Center in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. Designed to support biopharma, cell and gene therapy, and life science sectors, the center gives researchers hands-on access to our protein analysis and spatial multiomics technologies, helping them explore new applications and gain deeper scientific insights. Building connections in Gothenburg. Our European commercial teams are in Sweden this week for our annual commercial meeting. From insightful discussions to meaningful collaboration, it's a valuable opportunity to learn from one another, strengthen relationships, and hear directly from company leaders, including our CEO Kim Kelderman, about the impact we're making in science and medicine.

Today, we announced new additions to the R&D Systems AI-Engineered Designer Protein portfolio, including heat‑stable growth factors and hyperactive cytokines, to support more consistent and scalable advanced cell culture workflows. Our AI‑guided engineering approach combines advanced computational design with decades of expertise in recombinant protein development and biological validation to create signaling molecules optimized for real-world performance across stem cell culture, organoid development, and regenerative medicine. By expanding this portfolio, we are helping researchers achieve more reliable outcomes while supporting controlled and reproducible systems from basic research through process development and scale-up.
