Welcoming Ahmed Al-Dadah to Bilfinger We are pleased to welcome Ahmed Al-Dadah as Segment President International. In this role, Ahmed reports to Group CEO Thomas Schulz and joins the Group Executive Management Team. With 25 years of international experience in the energy and industrial sectors, Ahmed now leads our operations across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, the United States and Türkiye. His role is pivotal in driving sustainable profitable growth across Bilfinger’s Segment International, in line with Bilfinger's vision to be No. 1 for customers in enhancing efficiency and sustainability. As Ahmed steps into the role, his priority is clear: "I very much look forward to meeting Team Bilfinger and our customers to initially understand key success factors and to build on our trusted partnerships together. My commitment is to harness the best of the global Bilfinger organization to move Operational Excellence and Market Expansion forward.” We would also like to thank Christian Rugland for his outstanding leadership as Interim President of Segment International. Our Bilfinger North America team recently welcomed two high school interns to our Hughes Landing office for a two-week summer internship experience in partnership with the Education for Tomorrow Alliance. Designed as a learning-focused experience, our internship program provided students with a unique opportunity to explore career paths, develop professional skills, and build confidence in a corporate setting. Throughout the program, the interns gained valuable exposure to the professional work environment through department rotations, shadowing opportunities, and hands-on learning across key business functions including Learning & Development, HR, HSE, IT, Project Management, and NDT. As part of their experience, they also completed industry research projects focused on certifications, market trends, and key differentiators within our industry. They presented their findings in an executive-style meeting, allowing them to practice professional communication and presentation skills. By supporting early talent development and engaging with the local community, Bilfinger continues to invest in building a future-ready workforce and strengthening connections in the Woodlands area. We were excited to host these students and are proud of their achievements. We extend our sincere thanks to Merri Embry and Malcolm Duncan for serving as intern hosts, as well as to our dedicated mentors Jeff Guzzardo, Emily Juarez, Brady Guillory, Myles Herbert, Tenisha Middleton, and Zachariah Chadwick. Bilfinger North America is taking another step forward in strengthening employee development with the launch of its Udemy Business integration within SAP SuccessFactors. This new capability expands access to high-quality, on-demand learning, making it easier for employees to build skills that support both their current roles and future career growth. The program is being introduced through a phased pilot, starting with targeted talent groups and expanding across the organization. Participants will engage in curated, role-based learning plans designed to sharpen critical capabilities, address individual development needs, and prepare for new opportunities. At the same time, all employees can explore the Udemy course catalog within SuccessFactors, encouraging a culture of continuous, self-driven learning across Bilfinger. This initiative reflects Bilfinger’s commitment to investing in its people and building a more agile, skilled, and future-ready workforce.
