We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in our Topsfield office. Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of projects by managing schedules, tracking purchase orders, and coordinating manpower to ensure work is completed on time and within scope. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing questions, and helping ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, monitoring budgets and PO activity, coordinating labor and resources, and facilitating communication between clients, project managers, and internal teams to keep projects organized and running smoothly.
