As the communities we serve continue to grow, so does our commitment to delivering the care they need, where and when they need it. Across Ascension, we're investing in hospitals, emergency departments, behavioral health facilities, and family-centered care environments that expand access, strengthen care delivery, and bring services closer to home. These projects are more than new buildings or renovations. They represent investments in the future of care and in the people and communities we serve. Nursing research is more than clinical innovation, it's a strategic advantage. By empowering nurses to lead bedside research, health systems improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and reinvest in frontline care. Ascension's National Nursing Research team is demonstrating that impact. Fiscal year 2026 results show that investing in nurse scientists strengthens the workforce, advances care delivery, and drives sustainable improvements in the quality of care. https://lnkd.in/gYDKv5hB

Let’s be honest: the "perfect" work-life balance doesn't exist. It’s a constant, daily navigation. But when you have an employer that actively supports your pivots, everything changes. Meet Connor Santo, husband, dad and a Development Facilitator at Ascension. Connor doesn't just manage his career; he thrives outside of it. When his son was born, Connor utilized Ascension's parental leave to focus entirely on what matters most. Today, he uses generous PTO to travel and recharge, while still finding the time outside of work to teach spin classes, volunteer at Camp Boggy Creek, and focus on his well-being. "My leaders see me as Connor first, not just as someone who shows up to complete tasks." — Connor S. When associates are supported, they can bring their absolute best, most authentic selves to work.🌟
