This past year PVT Marquez enlisted in the Illinois National Guard through the Split Option Training Program. He's training this summer and will return to high school in the fall as a senior. He locked in 74D (CBRN Specialist), earned a $10K enlistment bonus, and can use the GI Bill to invest in his future early.
