Megan has been wrangling packaging and product development for over 20 years which, in packaging years, qualifies her for a senior discount. At the Studio, she's one of the wizards who helps turns industrial designs into CAD models for prototypes and molds, because somebody has to translate "make it look cool" into actual geometry. She loves the daily puzzle solving that design demands and the fact that she's basically getting paid to never stop learning. Megan's favorite part? Teaming up with customers and watching those collaborations graduate from sketches to store shelves, there's nothing like seeing your work survive the retail gauntlet. Off the clock, she's chasing travel, golfing, camping, hiking, and quality family time, ideally all at once. Just don't ask her to pose for a photo, she'd rather hike another mile.

👋 Meet Michael Hicks.   He’s spent more than 15 years helping customers turn ideas into packaging that connects with consumers and works in real-world production. Michael is our Senior Industrial Designer at Studio PKG, and during his 15 years at Altium Packaging, he has developed solutions across household care, food and beverage, automotive, personal care, and retail.   His background spans industrial design, packaging innovation, visualization, brand development, and manufacturing. Beyond the work itself, Michael enjoys helping customers solve challenges, bringing their ideas to life, and mentoring young designers as they build confidence and grow in their careers.   That ability to connect creative vision, brand objectives, and real-world production is what Michael brings to every project. Meet Kaitlyn Henscheid. Kaitlyn is a rising third, year Chemical Engineering student at Georgia Tech, pursuing a minor in Marketing and exploring how innovation can create real impact in manufacturing. This summer, she joined Altium Packaging as a Product Development Intern, where she evaluated the feasibility of 3D-printed replacement parts for manufacturing equipment. Her work brought together engineering research, plant collaboration, material analysis, and emerging technologies to identify practical solutions for real world operational challenges. Kaitlyn's ability to connect engineering, operations, and innovation is what drives meaningful change and continuous improvement across Altium. We're glad to have been part of her journey this summer.
