Waste Eliminator and Liberty Waste Solutions have officially been acquired by TPG. The closing marks the culmination of Allied Industrial Partners’ partnership with two exceptional management teams and a four-year effort to build leading waste and recycling platforms across the Southeast. We are proud of what we accomplished alongside Kacy Cronan, Rick Prather, and the entire Waste Eliminator and Liberty teams. Together, we expanded into new markets, completed strategic acquisitions, modernized fleets and infrastructure, and broadened capabilities across collection, recycling, composting, transfer, and disposal. We look forward to watching both businesses continue their growth under TPG’s ownership. Liberty Waste Solutions has acquired M&M Garbage Disposal — its third add-on across the Asheboro and greater Greensboro markets, following AJ Disposal and Randolph County Garbage Services. This deal reflects the core of Liberty's buy-and-build approach: building residential route density in markets it already serves. M&M's residential service area overlaps directly with Liberty's existing Triad routes, which allows Liberty to fold the volume onto its current fleet with no incremental capital expenditure.
