You're using AI. But (spoiler alert) your business isn't changing. That's not a *you* problem. That's an *operationalization* problem. Most SMBs are stuck in the same loop: try a tool, save a little time, move on. The AI is technically doing something. But faster emails are still just emails. The gap between those two things—outputs versus outcomes—is where most businesses are currently stuck. And it's a problem nobody wants to name out loud because naming it means admitting that this AI thing that we all bought into isn't delivering what it promised. We're not here to do AI for AI's sake. This disappointing gap between AI expectations and AI reality is exactly what we built LIFT to fix. LIFT is a repeatable methodology for moving SMBs from AI experimentation to AI infrastructure.
