After his studies at the Temple University and the Art Student League, Roy Fox made his debut in The Philadelphia Bulletin in 1939. After the death of Hal Rasmusson, he took over the strip 'Aggie Mack', in 1962. He also made cartoons for the Saturday Evening Post.
