Stickers like these came to prominence during the Covid pandemic, usually produced by conspiracy theorists (see Link

They mostly disappeared as the restrictions lifted and life returned to normal, but occasionally examples like this appear in Bangor - in such small numbers that I suspect an individual is responsible, though the templates are available online and they are printed on cheap thermal paper that quickly fades.
