Founded in 1905, this was the first major trophy won by Crystal Palace. An open-top bus parade took place around the roads of South Norwood, with thousands lining the route.
With Whitehorse Road visible to the junction with Whitworth Road, and crowds about ten deep on each side of the road, there are probably about five thousand people in this photograph.
