Marina Court Avenue is one of Bexhill's most exuberant examples of Edwardian Orientalism, cementing the town's longstanding reputation as a prime destination for those returning from running the Raj. By the time of the 1930s, such a style was deeply pass�, and is in marked contrast with the smooth curves and lines of the neighbouring De La Warr Pavilion.
