The owner has apparently been in dispute with the authorities for some years.
TSS Duke of Lancaster

Built by Harland and Wolfe of Belfast, the TSS Duke of Lancaster sailed between Heysham and Belfast from 1956 to 1979. It is a well-known landmark looked for by regular travellers on the North Wales railway line.
