North London Society of Model Engineers - Branch line signal
A 'Fixed Distant' on the branch line off the main ground level circular route. This warns drivers they are approaching both a level crossing and the terminus station. The arm remains in the horizontal 'Caution' position. (This line is not shown on the current maps.)
NLSME - Colney Heath

The North London Society of Model Engineers, based in Finchley, has had it running tracks and other facilities at Colney Heath for many years. The ground level tracks take 5 and 7.25inch gauge trains, their raised track takes trains of 2.5 and 3.5inch gauges. The locomotives can pull substantial numbers of passengers! Full details can be found at LinkExternal link including public open days during the Summer months.
